Achieving an impressive 43% increase in user engagement and a 30% rise in product downloads, I played an instrumental role as a product designer in the end-to-end development of an AI health-tech website.
Successfully reduced bounce rates by 52% by enhancing the user experience and improving the information architecture of the Department of Education, Australia website. Refined the UI design system to create a visually appealing, user-friendly and engaging interface.
By condensing users' travel planning from weeks or months down to just 1 or 2 days, TripEase serves as a one-stop solution for travellers, saving them the hassle of visiting multiple websites for planning and booking.
I focused on enhancing the product by streamlining the payment portal process, reducing it from 7 clicks to just 3. This initiative aimed to create an intuitive and efficient online shopping experience, boosting user interest and engagement with the platform.
I led an end-to-end CX and Service Design project at Australia Post to improve the MyPost Business support experience. Through customer research and journey mapping, I identified key service gaps causing long wait times. I co-designed and tested an AI-powered self-service solution to reduce customer effort and improve support outcomes.
